**Assembly**
You can, of course, assemble the furniture yourself. Each item comes with instructions in English, assembly tools, and numbered furniture parts and screws.
The cost of assembly at the customer’s home is 10% of the furniture price before VAT, excluding garden fire pits.
After shipping, an assembly appointment will be scheduled by the Westport team.
**Cancellation or Return**
Upon receiving the delivery, please check that everything is included and undamaged. In case of any issues, please contact us immediately through the website or by phone at 050-299-7099.
You can cancel the transaction within 14 business days, provided the furniture has not been used or assembled.
Return fees will be processed by the company within 14 business days, with a deduction of 5% of the furniture's value or a minimum of 250 NIS, subject to inspection and confirmation of the furniture's condition. If the furniture has already been delivered to the buyer, they are responsible for the return shipping to the company's warehouse in Ein Zivan.
