You can cancel the transaction within 14 business days, as long as the furniture has not been used and has not been assembled. Return fees will be processed by the company within 14 business days, with a deduction of 5% of the furniture's value or a minimum of 250 NIS, subject to inspection and confirmation of the furniture's condition. If the furniture has been delivered to the buyer, they are responsible for the return shipping to the company's warehouse in Ein Zivan.
