Shipments

Picking up a variety of snacks is of course free (and includes coffee and cookies of course).

The shipping cost from Ein Zivan is 100 NIS for a chair and a garden bonfire, and 30 NIS for tables or pedestals.

Delivery time is up to 10 business days. The courier company reaches all parts of the country, including remote towns and towns beyond the green line - but the delivery time may be extended.

A customer who has purchased furniture for home delivery and wishes to cancel the transaction, will notify the company of the cancellation of the transaction no later than 12 hours from the date of placing the order. A customer who does not notify on the aforementioned fixed date, will be charged shipping fees.

Assembly

The furniture can of course be assembled independently, each piece of furniture comes with instructions in English, a tool for assembly, and the furniture parts and screws are numbered.

Assembly can be ordered in coordination with us after the order.

The cost of assembly at the customer's home is 100 NIS for a chair and 50 NIS for any other item .

Minimum to assemble 3 items (two chairs and a table for example).

After shipping, a time will be arranged for assembly by a Westport team.

Cancellation or Return

Upon receipt of the shipment, check that everything is found and without defects. In case there is a problem, contact us

The transaction can be canceled within 14 business days, as long as the furniture has not been used and the furniture has not been assembled.

Return fees by the company within 14 working days, after cleaning 5% of the value of the furniture, and depend on the inspection of the furniture and confirmation of its proper condition. As soon as the furniture reached the buyer, he must pay for shipping back to the company's warehouses in Ein Zivan.
