Shipping policy
Pickup from Ein Zivan is, of course, free (and includes coffee and cookies, naturally).
The shipping cost from Ein Zivan is 100 NIS for a chair, 250 NIS for a garden fire pit, and 30 NIS for tables or footstools.
The delivery time is up to 10 business days. The delivery company reaches all parts of the country, including remote areas and locations beyond the Green Line, though delivery times may be extended.
A customer who purchased furniture for home delivery and wishes to cancel the transaction must notify the company no later than 12 hours from the time of the order. A customer who does not notify within the specified time will be charged the shipping fee.
